Dumbbells are great for strength training. You can only use them for many popular workouts on their own but you can use them as a kettlebell or barbell with the right accessories. To get started, unscrew the bolt to open the clamp on each side, put your dumbbell in, and tighten the clamp. You can use this with dumbbells with a 1.5-inch diameter.
