Meet the K-BAG by FlexTrain: a product that allows athletes to mimic movements of a standard medicine ball. You can perform pitch and catch, sit-ups, presses, twists, and toss ups with it. You can also use it as a kettlebell to perform presses, curls, triceps, chest, back, and leg training. Since it has a soft surface, it does not damage your floor if it is dropped. I still prefer regular kettlebells, but the idea is nice here.
