Meet the skoot: a hybrid bike that makes you feel as though you are skateboarding. It is a hybrid between a bicycle, skateboard, and scooter. It does not have a seat, pedals, or any chains. It has a scooter frame that holds large bicycle wheels. The skoot has a powder-coated steel frame and a front braking system.
