This model is a bit heavier than the original Scoop, so you can exercise on it without having to worry about it moving. While the original Scoop was great for rehab and a light workout, the TheraScoop can work your legs very hard at max level. The SC300 weighs 30lbs as opposed the Scoop which is 20lbs. It also has a carrying handle.
